General Classroom Information  

Snack/Special Helper:      

Each month a special helper calendar will go home to tell you when your child's special helper day is. On that day the child will need to bring in enough snack for the class. We have 17 students in our class. Please send in a healthy snack such as pretzels, carrot sticks, crackers, etc. Do not send in candy or anything that needs refrigeration unless it is a special occassion.  The special helper day will correspond with birthdays so that their special helper day falls as close to their birthday as possible.

Lunch:        

Lunch is from 12:20-12:50. The students are responsible for their own money. Please use some kind of money pouch or container so that the students do not lose it. There is prepay lunch available.  

 

Homework Policy:

Homework is given Monday-Thursday. It usually consists of a math sheet and a reading activity. When a story is sent home please have your child read it with you and then sign it.
