Freedom of Information Law

Persons desiring to inspect or copy District records or materials should make such a request of the Records Access Officer during regular office hours, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Request for records will be responded to promptly.  If, for any reason, more than five (5) business days are required to produce records, a District official will acknowledge receipt of the request and include brief explanation of the reason for delay and when the information will be available.

Copies of any and all documents approved for inspection will be provided at cost established by the Board of Education.  This charge is currently 25 cents per copy.

Question about the Freedom of Information law can also be addressed to the Committee on Open Government, 41 State Street, Albany, NY 12231; telephone (518) 474-2518 or by contacting their Web Site.
